Borderlands 2: Game of the Year Edition Gameplay
Players can play alone or along with friends and assume any of the four characters and two DLC characters. Each character comes with a skills tree, and new skills get unlocked as the players complete the levels. Missions involve the collecting of randomly generated loot. The loot includes such goodies as weapons, skins, shields, and other interesting stuff. With collectible items, new head designs can be unlocked for characters making players look for more and more stuff.
The Badass Ranking within the game is a cool new feature that lets players earn points for in-game challenges. The points result in tokens which can give players some cool new stats. As players complete a campaign, they move to the next level with stronger enemies and a bigger fight. And there’s more going on too! The game might be cooperative, but that doesn’t stop some rivalry amidst the camaraderie.
The three different skill trees of the characters and the older characters showing up in non-playing forms add to the story and role-playing of the game. Keep with the adventures of the Vault Hunters to constantly discover what the next loot holds.
